Motoharu Shibasaki (柴崎 元治 Shibasaki Motoharu) is an elderly man who was Souseiseki's medium. He is married to Matsu Shibasaki who was in a coma after the death of Kazuki Shibasaki. Motoharu thought of Souseiseki as Kadzuki, considering her very masculine appearance and speech.

Motoharu is Souseiseki's medium in the anime who is an elderly watchmaker who became delusional after his young son died in an accident. Motoharu's wife, Matsu Shibasaki, fell into a deep coma from the shock not long after, causing him to eventually become lonely and believe that Souseiseki was his son.
